APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
This electronic contract is entered into in compliance with Spanish regulations, specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). The electronic contract is presented to the consumer in Spanish. These General Contracting Conditions can be saved and reproduced at any time by the User making a purchase through the options in their internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to payment for the products. PURCHASE PROCESS
To make a purchase on www.carreprado.es, the User must follow the following process:

Once you have selected the product(s) you want to buy, click the “Add to Cart” button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to your shopping cart.
After selecting the products, a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s).
During the checkout process, you can either log in with your User account information or complete the registration form if you are not yet a registered User. However, in cases where the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 3,000 euros, the inclusion of tax information is required in compliance with the applicable billing process regulations.
Registered Users can access their Customer Area to view, print, or download invoices corresponding to their purchases.
Finally, you must choose the payment method for your order among those offered by Carreprado Winery on its website.
Once the order process is complete, Carreprado Winery will send you an email detailing the information about your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us. If you notice any errors in the data entered in your order, you can correct them through the following means:

From this point forward, Carreprado Winery will proceed with the delivery of the product to the address indicated during the purchase process. The refund process will be carried out according to the procedure detailed in these General Contracting Conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
Carreprado Winery offers various payment methods to facilitate your purchase:
Credit/debit card: Payment by credit/debit card used at Carreprado Winery means that your card information will be sent directly to our partner Banco Sabadell. This entity will have access to the buyer’s identifying information and purchase data related to the payment process.
With this payment method, Carreprado Winery never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly through Banco Sabadell, ensuring the highest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. Payment for your order is made directly with this entity, providing you with maximum security.
The payment gateway currently accepts all cards that bear the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express logos, as well as those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000, and Servired networks.
The system also supports the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) protocol. Therefore, your purchase is more secure than if you use your card in a conventional store.

TAXES, FEES, AND DUTIES
Product Sales to the Mainland:
The retail price (PVP) of items with shipping addresses to the Mainland includes a 21% VAT.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary depending on the purchased products and the destination. However, shipments to Ceuta/Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and the rest of Europe are excluded. In these cases, the customer should email us at info@carreprado.es to request a customized quote for the shipment.
Bodega Carreprado reserves the right to vary the type of shipping and the company used for shipping, regardless of the information stated on these pages, as long as it does not cause manifest harm to the User.
The shipping rates for orders are as follows:

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled at no cost until the moment the shipment is made. If we receive a cancellation request once the package has already been sent, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to the following specifications.
The right to return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated, or exposed to inappropriate conditions. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
No package lacking any of the sender’s identification elements (name, surname, address, order number) will be accepted. The return of the requested products will result in a full refund of the amounts paid by the User.
The cost of return will be borne by the user.
Returns resulting from our error or a product defect are excluded from this case. In such cases, Bodega Carreprado undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical one or refund the amount paid. We will also cover the cost of return and subsequent shipping.
