CERRATO LANDS
Carreprado vineyards are located in the region of Cerrato, known for its undulating and hilly lands that form hills and fertile valleys, bathed by streams and rivers, making it a prime location for agricultural and winemaking activities.
HARVEST
The production process at Carreprado begins with the harvest, where no machinery is involved, and each bunch is hand-cut. In this way, the grape selection process starts right in the vineyard, choosing the best grapes to produce our must.
The grape transportation is carried out in boxes, keeping them intact until they arrive at the winery. In our facilities, they are preserved in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
